The family chalet La scierie de la grande ourse comprises 2 apartments offering 180° panoramic views of Mont Emy, the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Etendard glacier. The accommodation is located 400 m from the ski slopes and 600 m from the Col du Mollard lake, in a charming Maurienne village. Albiez-Montrond lies at an altitude of 1630 m and is a regular stopover on the Tour de France. The apartments have a passageway and a terrace adjoining the accommodation, allowing you to eat outside, enjoy the barbecue and contemplate the 180° panorama. Outdoor parking (or covered parking on request) is available during your stay. Access to the garden is ideal for relaxing or playing with the family. On request from the owner: - Garage available on reservation for parking bikes and motorized vehicles. - Arrival and departure arrangements with optional end-of-stay cleaning will be communicated to you when you confirm your booking. - Depending on the booking schedule, arrivals and departures can be adjusted to D+1 or D-1. Bed linen is provided and can be found on the beds. Please note that guests must make the bed themselves.
