Several options for this one-day snowshoe hike, with exceptional panoramic views at over 2000 m altitude. The ascent and descent are by chairlift.
We follow a ridge to see the chamois feeding on the slopes below. After the morning hike, we'll have lunch in a high-altitude restaurant.
After lunch it is possible to shorten or continue the hike.
The hike continues in a magnificent space, with always an exceptional panorama to take pictures of for souvenirs.
Discover the gigantic footprints left by the glaciers of the Little Ice Age. Occasionally, a whitecoat will scurry out from under our feet, and in a few jumps it's long gone.
I can take on 1 or 2 people for the day.
You can bring your own vehicle to the start of the hike.
During the hike, safety equipment is provided: avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel and a 25-liter rucksack.
Welcome to my hikes and see you soon for new discoveries. Yves
PS: Possibility of a "picnic" at the restaurant.
Bring a plastic bag, hiking boots, warm clothing from head to toe and a drink.
A backpack, probe, shovel and avalanche transceiver will be provided during the hike.
