Take the plunge with mountain guide Alain. Come and spend a refreshing and invigorating day in the torrents! Another way to discover the mountains and have fun in and along the water.

A fun outing: children (and the whole family) will see no time pass as they play in and along the water: they'll jump into little water holes, slide down natural slides or play under waterfalls. It's a wonderful day out, and one in which older children can also discover extraordinary landscapes from a different angle. Tip: remember to protect your belongings in a plastic bag. Reservations must be made by the day before: at the ESF office from 6pm to 7pm, or by phone or e-mail.
