Description
The must-see Celtic music festival in the mountains is back this year for its 18th edition! Concerts, folk dances, music and dance workshops, jam sessions, an exhibition of instrument makers… It’s a friendly musical gathering you won’t want to miss!
This year, the Festival des Celti'Cimes returns for its 18th edition. The program is currently being drawn up.
In addition to the concerts, musicians from the various groups will be leading workshops in traditional instruments (flute, guitar, bouzouki, harp, fiddle, bodhran, accordion), singing, Irish tap dancing and set dancing.
These activities are complemented by introductory and advanced whistle courses, the traditional course for young musicians run by Sandrine and Damien, and a multi-instrument course to discover traditional music.
All this in the Alpine setting of Les Albiez, not forgetting sessions throughout the festival in the village's bars and restaurants during the day and evening.
For late-nighters, remember to take a light with you: the nights can be dark.
Please note: places are limited for workshops and master classes. Reservations strongly advised.
- TipsEnjoy the unique atmosphere of Irish sessions every evening in the village bars!
