Société Gypse de Maurienne opens its doors to the public. Come and discover how gypsum is mined in the Arvan valley, as well as the site's expansion project.
Program:
Several guided tour slots (2h) are available to learn about gypsum mining and quarry redevelopment, as well as the planned extension below the site.
From 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, you can also visit the site on your own without a guided tour: you won't be given a full tour, and will only have access to information about the future extension. You still need to register for the dedicated time slot!
