Quentin Virmens, a respected former insurance broker, has become a bike delivery driver. Nothing destined him for this life. But once he's lost everything he's patiently built up, what will he have left to maintain the illusion of success? ?

The Élan-théâtre theater company from Grenoble presents the play *Bas-côté*:
Quentin Virmens, a formerly respected insurance broker, has become a bike delivery driver for BikeEat, a meal delivery platform.
Nothing ever led him to this life. But after losing everything he had patiently built up (his job, driver’s license, car, girlfriend), what does he have left to
maintain the illusion of success and keep up appearances?
That evening, a delivery he accepted far outside his usual delivery zone will force him to replay the course of his life in an attempt to unravel its
meaning. When circumstances relentlessly force you to stand still, it’s probably time to take a step back from what you think you know about yourself. About what “success” really is and what it means to be a man… Isn’t sharing what’s in your heart more important than delivering someone else’s meal?
