The Aiguilles d’Arves have watched over the Saint-Nicolas Church for centuries, but the building has also withstood and survived the test of time thanks to the care of its residents. Let us tell you its story through a unique sensory experience, and enjoy a moment of emotion and togetherness with family or friends in this magical setting! Who knows—perhaps you’ll even encounter the spirits of your mountain-dwelling ancestors...
Organized by the Facim Foundation in partnership with the Albiez-Montrond Town Hall, the Montrond Savoie Heritage Association, and the Explore Maurienne Tourist Office as part of the 2026 European Heritage Days, dedicated to “Heritage in Peril: Revive, Resist, Reimagine.”
Getting to the site by car (please carpool if possible!)
Be sure to bring a warm jacket, as it can get a little chilly inside the church.
