During the summer months , dogs are not permitted to swim in the lake. You can, however, give them a dip in the Blachères stream , which runs alongside the lake. You can walk around the lake, but your pets must be kept on a lead .

No, bivouacking is prohibited, but you can book a night at the Les Lacs de Maurienne campsite.
