The Bonne Nouvelle residence in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne offers a quality welcome and a friendly environment in a secure facility comprising 46 homes, including 45 studios (27 m²) and one type 2 apartment. The bonne nouvelle residence is not medicalized. The facility is designed for people who are able to live independently, but who need occasional assistance. Admission is based on an assessment grid and a medical questionnaire filled in by an attending physician. The establishment is subsidized by the CAF de la Savoie.
