Come and get away from it all for a rejuvenating break in the hills above Albiez-le-Jeune. This cosy, warm chalet facing south-west to the mountains is perfect for a relaxing family vacation in unspoilt surroundings.

This comfortable chalet is ideally equipped for 10 people. Maximum capacity of 12 people, taking into account the dining room table. Independent chalet on 3 levels: - Garden level (40 m²): * Entrance hall with laundry area and ski room * Large garage for storing bicycles. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and ping-pong table. * One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. - 1st floor (78 m²): * Large living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting area with wood-burning stove. Large 34 m² terrace on the south-west corner. * 1 double bedroom * Bathroom with shower. Separate WC. - 2nd floor (78 m²): * 2 double bedrooms, one with balcony * 1 bedroom with 6 single beds * 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate WC The rental price includes wood for the stove. The chalet is also equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. You'll also find a Nespresso coffee machine, 2 fondue and raclette machines and full cooking facilities. Plenty of cupboards and storage space. Garden furniture on the terrace allows you to enjoy lunch in any season with a view of the mountains. Private parking (3 to 4 cars) in front of the chalet. The entire chalet is yours, except for 2 closets and a dressing room. A secure key box allows you to retrieve your keys independently on arrival. A detailed access map and inventory of fixtures will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. There are no shops in Albiez-le-Jeune, but a grocery store with a bread depot is open all year round in Albiez-Montrond (5 min by car), as are all the shops in season (cheese shop, gifts, press, bakery, bar, restaurants, sports stores, etc.). Ideal location for sporty or relaxing vacations, summer or winter. On-site children's playground, skate park, tennis courts, lakes (fishing and swimming) and trails for hiking, snowshoeing and mountain biking. In Albiez-Montrond, there's a lake for swimming and a wide range of activities offered by the resort (entertainment, horse-riding, climbing, etc.). In the surrounding area, cycle touring over the many passes in the region (Col de la Croix de Fer, du Glandon, du Galibier...) and hiking in the Aiguilles d'Arves region and nearby mountain ranges (Vanoise, Belledonne, Oisans...).
