As with the entire Le Grand Tétras residence, the ground floor of the apartment is fully accessible to wheelchair users and people with limited mobility, and features a 12.31 m² bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen that opens onto a living room, dining area all on one level. To enjoy the view of the Karellis mountains and the southwest-facing exposure, a terrace equipped with garden furniture is reserved for your use. Upstairs, a majestic yet cozy living room welcomes you, with a first triple bedroom on the mezzanine level (11.86 m²) above it, equipped with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a second double bedroom measuring 12.89 m² with a private terrace, as well as a spacious bathroom for the upper level. To help you fully enjoy the serenity of the surroundings, we’ve focused on providing high-quality bedding and ensuring the apartment is as soundproof as possible. And to enhance the sense of togetherness, we’ve equipped the apartment with brand-new, high-quality kitchen appliances for your gatherings. We provide you with a secure storage locker in the heated common area where you can store and, if needed, dry your sports equipment. Finally, to welcome you to the Le Grand Tétras residence, we’ve provided everything you need to prepare your first breakfast!
