57m² apartment for 6 to 8 people, located in a small 9-unit residence 150 m from the Châtel and La Vernette (Pré perroux) ski slopes and 250 m from the village center (daycare, ESF, shops...). It comprises: a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer in upper section...) as well as an 80cm single bed and a pull-out sofa bed, TV with DVD player. A bathroom (shower) with WC. And two bedrooms, the first with a double bed (140cm) and the second with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (80cm). Utilities included. Dogs accepted. South-facing with views of the ski slopes and Etendard glacier. Shared parking and ski room. Raclette or fondue machine available free of charge on request. Baby equipment available on request, but please let us know when booking. In summer, our residence includes a large private green space with barbecue, garden furniture, petanque court and children's play area (ping-pong table, swing and various games...).
