This apartment, located in a small residence 150 meters from the slopes, 50 meters from the free shuttle (in winter), 300 meters from the village, and close to the Les Contamines recreation area, features a south-facing balcony with a view of the slopes and the Étendard Glacier.

A 3-room apartment for 6 to 8 people, measuring 57 m², located on the 2nd floor of a small 9-unit building, 150 m from the Châtel and La Vernette (Pré Perroux) ski slopes and 300 m from the village center (daycare, ESF, shops, etc.). This spacious and bright apartment includes: A fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer on top…), a 2-person sofa bed that converts instantly (140x190 mattress with a 220/240 comforter), and a television. Bedroom 1 features a double bed (140x190 with a 220/240 duvet). Bedroom 2 is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping a total of 4 (90x190 beds and 4 duvets measuring 140/200). South-facing balcony with a view of the ski slopes and the Étendard Glacier. Parking and a shared ski storage room are available at the residence. Utilities included. A raclette machine is provided free of charge, and a fondue set is available upon request. Baby gear is also available; please let us know when you make your reservation. In the summer, our residence features a large private green space with: a barbecue, patio furniture, a pétanque court, and a playground for children (ping-pong table, swing, and various games…).
