In the small village of Les Bottières, gateway to Les Sybelles, come and discover our completely renovated 26 m² apartment with south-facing balcony and mountain views in a quiet, family-friendly location.

Le Gypse is a renovated apartment in Les Bottières, a small Savoy village at the gateway to the Sybelles ski area, comprising the resorts of Les Bottières, La Toussuire, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, Saint-Jean-d'Arves and Saint-Colomban-des-Villards (310 km of downhill runs and 33 km of cross-country skiing). This fully-equipped apartment for 4 people, on the 2nd floor with south-facing balcony and mountain view, comprises a bedroom with 2 twin beds (80 x200 cm) that can be moved closer together, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with comfortable Rapido sofa (140 x 190 cm, 18 cm thick), a fully-equipped kitchen, and a large closet in the entrance hall. Available: raclette and crêpe maker, fondue maker, large 4-person fridge with small freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor fan, microwave grill, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. Bed linen included, towels for hire. Ski room available. Ski slopes 50 m away, including a free beginners' slope. Free shuttle to La Toussuire. In season: 2 restaurants, bread shop in La Corbacière and ski rental store. Tourist office open on weekends in summer. The apartment is 10 km from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne and 8.5 km from La Toussuire. The resort offers ski slopes, snowshoeing, hiking trails, mountain biking, tennis courts... at the foot of the residence, playground (slide, swing, ping-pong, volleyball...), picnic area with barbecue. Paragliding 8 km away. Shopping facilities are available all year round in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, with all shops and supermarkets 10 km away, and in La Toussuire during the winter and summer high seasons, with all shops and supermarkets 8 km away.
