Studio and Kitchenette: The 25 m² studio is designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space. The sleeping area features a double bed in a separate, restful space, perfect for a good night's sleep. The fully-equipped kitchenette makes meal preparation easy, with everything you need close at hand. Bathroom and toilet: The bathroom and toilet are independent, guaranteeing your privacy and comfort. You'll find a modern shower and practical storage for your personal belongings. Garden: You'll enjoy a shared 500 m² garden, a haven of peace where you can dine al fresco and relax in peace and quiet. Other facilities: The studio is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, ideal for consulting the Internet quickly and free of charge. A cot and high chair are also available, so the whole family can feel at home. Additional services: A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request, so you can easily manage your laundry during your stay. Location: The studio is ideally located just a 15-minute drive from the winter sports resort of Albiez-Montrond. In addition, you can reach the winter sports resorts of La Toussuire, Les Karellis and the Orelle ski lifts in 30 minutes by car. Important information: The studio is an outbuilding of the main residence of the owners living on site. A dog will be present in the shared garden. Linen and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. The apartment is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility. Arrival and departure times can be adjusted to suit requirements.
