Getting there

The station des Bottières

Les Bottières combines all the criteria of a wild and unspoilt haven offering a return to its roots: authenticity, calm, natural charm and mountain activities. This resort offers activities right in the heart of nature: hiking, snowshoeing in the heart of the forest and downhill skiing.

Come and discover Savoyard architecture through the emblematic mountain chalets.

This charming resort, located on the sunny side of the mountain, is an ideal destination for a pleasant stay with family or friends. It has something for everyone.

Les Bottières in winter

With pistes at altitudes of between 1,300 and 1,900 metres. This altitude allows the village of Les Bottières to offer somewhat wooded pistes. The red run at La Chavonnerie is a real favourite, particularly as it crosses the mountain pasture and then glides through the fir trees. Les Bottières offers ski runs for all levels, from beginners who want to try out the first sensations of this alpine sport to more experienced skiers.

The Grand Truc sector of La Toussuire is easily and quickly reached by ski lift. As Les Bottières is the gateway to France’s 4th largest ski area, Les Sybelles®, you’ll be able to make the most of the 310 kilometres of pistes on offer. Enough to satisfy all our winter sports fans.

For the young and not-so-young alike, a toboggan run has been created on the snow front, behind the La Corbacière restaurant. Young and old alike will have fun on this reserved area, facing the panoramic views of the Maurienne.
