Stroll through the narrow streets of Albiez, discovering the village's history, architecture and customs. Then take the path to the mountain pastures and meet farmer Guy. After watching the milking, it's time to talk and taste Beaufort!

After a stroll through the village, head up to the mountain pasture at milking time to meet Guy and his herd. He'll share with you his love of his profession. After observing the milking, continue your discussions over a tasting of milk and Beaufort. Accessible to children aged 5 and over. Please bring walking shoes, backpack, water, glasses... Registration required online or at the tourist office by 12 noon on the same day. The 1st part of the walk takes you through the village, then you need a car to get up to the mountain pastures.
