Description
This wilderness area lets you experience ski touring under the slopes of Casse Massion. This loop is ideal for ski touring in a quiet, protected area.
On arrival, a breathtaking view invites you to escape, with the northern couloirs of Mont Emy on your left, the village of Albiez-Montrond below and the Glacier de l'Étendard straight ahead. You're in an area that used to be part of the ski area. The La Blanche lift has not been in service since 2014. In autumn 2020, it was dismantled, leaving the area free of human activity.
