This is a challenging and spectacular hike to the Col de la Baisse. The route links the villages of Châtel, with steep sections for trained walkers and superb views of Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne and the Aiguilles d'Arves.
Leaving from Châtel, this demanding itinerary invites you to immerse yourself authentically in the heart of the mountains. The trail winds between traditional hamlets, alternating steep climbs and alpine crossings.
