This lovely walk takes you up through the snowy forest of Les Bottières to an altitude of 1,500 m. Once through the forest, you'll reach a promontory adorned with 3 crosses, and enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the Aiguilles d'Arves.
Departing from the charming village of Les Bottières, this beautiful snowshoe itinerary takes you to the emblematic site of Les Trois Croix, perched high above the estate on the border between Fontcouverte and La Toussuire. Both sporty and contemplative, this route will win you over with its rich landscapes and gentle, gradual ascent, ideal for a winter outing with family or friends. Throughout the ascent, openings in the vegetation offer magnificent views of the Aiguilles d'Arves, the visual landmark of the Maurienne valley. At the finish, the path leads to an open promontory adorned with the Three Crosses, symbols of protection for the village and landmarks for mountain dwellers.
