Description
This new Trail à Albiez will take you along its most beautiful trails, under the majestic gaze of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Whichever race you choose: 4.9 km or 25 km, you'll be leaving your usual running bearings and reconnecting with nature.
The Trail des Aiguilles d'Arves association has come up with a series of races that invite you not to consume the mountains, but to become one with them. No asphalt: the trails will rule!
Their wish: that you put aside your running applications and heart rate data to listen to your body and be attentive to your surroundings.

- Le Trail du Chat, departure from the Col du Mollard lake -> Basse du gerbier -> lake, 25 km / 1300 m / approx. 5h - Departure 8am
This wild, mountainous loop explores the valley's most beautiful balconies. The route is made up of dry climbs in the mountain pastures and technical descents on narrow paths. The 1000 m D+ will be concentrated on the first 11 km. The surroundings will keep you motivated: wooded areas, open ridges and peaks!
- Le KV d'Emy, departure from the bottom of the Col d'Emy, 4.9 km / approx. 2h30 - Departure 9 a.m.
A KV is a straight line to the sky. The start is nervous, and the slope never lets up all the way to the summit. It's a technical route, where your hands can sometimes help you on the steepest sections. At the top, the reward is a 360° view of the surrounding mountains.
