Discover a fun, family-friendly walk through the heart of Saint-Colomban-des-Villards, a charming mountain village at an altitude of 1,100 m. With its authentic heritage, Alpine landscapes and accessible paths, this 4.6km walk invites young and old alike to explore the hamlets, chapels, traditional houses and natural treasures of the valley.

The route starts at the Maison du Tourisme and passes through a number of emblematic places: the village’s remarkable tree, the hamlet of Les Roches, the chapel of La Pierre, the leisure centre and the Ormet chairlift. Along the way, puzzles and observation games for children of all ages make the walk interactive and fun.

Overlooked by the peaks of the Sambuis and Belledonne ranges, the village is the ideal place to enjoy nature in summer and winter alike. Hiking, skiing, via ferrata, family activities and local heritage make Saint-Colomban-des-Villards a friendly destination in the heart of Savoie.
